Who our courses are for...

Designed for people who understand that last change doesn’t come from forcing the body. It comes from working with it…

What our courses offer

Most wellbeing approaches focus on mindset, willpower, or symptom management. Our online somatic courses teach you how to:

A man stretching gently using somatic movement
  • Regulate the nervous system from the bottom up
  • Understand the mind-body connection
  • Release stored tension through micro-movement and fascia flow
  • Improve emotional regulation via vagal tone and interoception
  • Restore coherence between the brain, heart, gut, and body
  • Apply trauma-informed principles safely and ethically

Lasting change through regulation, resilience, and embodied intelligence

Somatic practises include any mindful activity that involves also physical movement and/or awareness. This can include traditional practices such as yoga and meditation or specific balance exercises, focused movement and incidental exercises such as nature walking and sporting activities.

All somatic practices share:

– Body awareness/mental focus (interoception)
– Breath control
– Unsupported body position

No prior experience in somatic practice or other wellbeing disciplines is required. We encourage you to undertake the training at your own pace, listening to your body as you master the skills and understand what’s right for you.

Enrolment grants you lifetime access to each course and you are encouraged to return to lessons and practices as often as you like.  Nervous system work benefits from repetition and integration over time.

Our courses vary in length, with more hours required as you delve deeper into somatic theory and training. The foundational Certified Somatic Release Facilitator course (CSRF) is designed to take just 15 hours, and can be completed in a weekend or at your leisure.

Training is evaluated by short online quizzes at the end of each module.
