Certified Somatic Release Facilitator (CSRF)
The CSRF certification applies as an enhancement to a wide range of therapies and group practices.
Practitioners with this qualification have achieved an advanced level mental and breath control combined with broad knowledge of nervous system literacy, neurophysiology, and trauma-informed principles.

Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner (CTISP)
Trauma-Informed practitioners specialise in trauma release therapies with advanced emotional regulation training and neuro-somatic application. In depth study paths include biofeedback mapping and applied neuroplascticity.
Therapy involves expert consultation and practise as applied to individuals with preventable ailments and for overall health improvement.
CTISP can be used as a standalone practice or in conjunction with other therapies aimed at maximising the brain-body connection.

Neuro-Somatic Master Educator (NSME)
Expert level master educators teach the next generation of practitioners while furthering the field of neuroscience and somatic skill.
This certification is for those wishing to deepen their practise and study in-depth advanced subject areas including the science of consciousness and quantum level applications.

What is somatic practice, exactly?
Somatic practice focuses on the felt experience of the body, including sensations, movement, breath, posture, and internal awareness, rather than purely cognitive approaches. It supports nervous system regulation through:

- Interoception (internal sensing)
- Proprioception (body awareness in space)
This approach is widely supported by neuroscience, trauma research, and psychophysiology.

How long does it take to complete a course?
Our courses vary in length, with ore hours required as you delve deeper into somatic theiry and training. The foundational Certified Somatic Release Facilitator course (CSRF) is designed to take just 15 hours, while the intermediate Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner (CTISP takes 30 hours, and the Neuro-Somatic Master Educator (NSME) involves 50 hours of learning. The hours noted are a guideline as each course can be completed at your own pace.
